This is an offering of of a hard to find Covered Casserole bowl with lid and 2 handles that is the Rhineland Danube pattern by Johan Haviland.
This is a pattern that features blue roses with gray scrolls and a platinum-silver trimmed rim edge.
The bowl stands about 4 3/8" high without lid and has a diameter of 8 1/4" not including the handles.
With the lid it has a height of about 7".
There are no chips or cracks and only very minimal use marks.
The platinum trim is also in very good shape with no wear except for some wear to the silver on top of the finial.
This will make a wonderful addition to your table settings!
