Zeiss Ikon Teleskop 1.7x unit for Contaflex I and II cameras

This is a telescopic adaptor that is mounted on the front of early Zeiss Contaflex I and II cameras. For example, it turns the 45mm standard lens on the Zeiss Contaflex II into a 76.5 mm telephoto lens.
