This antique WearEver fountain pen measures 5-1/4" long. The color is marbleized maroon and black stripe.  Untested and I don't know if the pen will work. Sold as-is.  The clip and band are discolored. There is price tag residue on the pen.  Your item will be shipped within 3 days of payment received.
