In "I Am Charlotte Simmons,” author Tom Wolfe draws on his observations of college campuses across the nation to immortalize college life in the 2000s. This is a hardcover first edition, which was published by Farrar Straus Giroux in 2004.

The novel details the adventures of a fictional college student from a strict, devout, and poorly educated family in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. The book was produced in New York two decades ago and is written in English.

It retailed for $28.95 at the time of publication. The dust jacket is in very nice condition, with no tears and minimal shelf wear, while the pages are clean and unmarked. The last dozen or so pages show very minor signs of water damage. This book is a good find for any Tom Wolfe fan and makes a great addition to any collection of contemporary American literature and fiction.
