This is vintage, possibly early 90s or late 80s , in mint condition

no tags …but fabric is guaranteed 100

% silk velvet ….baby soft, light weight silk, this skirt is a dream visually as well as in comfort

The 100% sulk velvet has a subtle sheen & the colors are undulating because of the fabric

Gives a movement to the sort of retro celestial

( to me) mod print on it

The colors are jewel tones & stunning

This has an elastic upper border amd hence can be worn as a short skirt or as a tube top!
