Vintage Ceramic Cookie Jar Dog Treat Jar Canister Pottery Appears Handmade Read

Vintage off-white color cookie jar/dog treat jar/canister with lid. It appears to be handmade, and has pottery lines around the circumference. Lid with cute, stubby handle/knob. 6 inches high, 6 & 1/2 inch base diameter and width at widest, 6 inches across the top, 4 & 3/4 inch opening.

There is a small chip on the inner rim of the lid that cannot be seen from the outside and doesn't affect function or aesthetic (see final picture). There is no other apparent damage and both pieces are in otherwise excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
