Our Return policy only covers items that are DOA, or not as described. You have 30 days of receiving the item to let us know what troubles you are having and that you would to start a return. Any unit / item that comes with a battery, the battery may or may not be functional (fully or partially). Regardless of the product is listed as brand new, open box, used or as-is. We will not authorize any refund for a battery related issue. As batteries are consumable items with limited life spans it is the responsibility of the purchaser to bid / buy accordingly with our battery policy in mind.

We cannot guarantee any further or existing manufacturer warranty. We do not offer extended warranties on any of our items for purchase.

We ship via national carrier (for example: FedEx) if your region is considered a remote region or if the national carrier doesn't deliver to your region and an alternate carrier needs to be used. You may have to pay additional shipping fees to cover the cost to ship to your area.

All cell phones are sold unlocked (unless otherwise stated) but are not tested on any networks.

Cell phones sold by Surplus By Design are not guaranteed to work outside of Canada, and may not work with all Canadian cellular providers. Please check with your provider prior to bidding to ensure whether the phone is compatible on their network. Returns related to network compatibility issues will not be accepted.
