Trombone is in user condition.  Evidence of small dings and minor dents and surface scratches and finish wear. The bell is knocked slightly out of round. 

The slide action binds moderately in both directions. .  The signature marquee badge on the instrument is missing as shown in the second photo.  

The instrument  has not been played or serviced in some time and there are no service records which accompany this item. 

Description is based on my limited knowledge of the instrument and its playability upon initial visual inspection. 

Routine service may be required once played and re-evaluated.
