This is a truly exceptional example of this iconic and much sought-after incredible 1970's divers watch.

Please note - this is NOT the later reissue, it is from the early 1970's.

As far as I am aware, this piece is unique. My understanding is that it may have been a prototype or display piece. The solid stainless steel case has been beautifully and precisely coated in a near-perfect and unworn period PVD, and the black dial with orange accents and features is simply stunning.

The watch has been recently serviced and is running beautifully.

"Ordinary" examples of this watch sell for several thousand pounds, often in only average condition.

If you are a collector of divers watches, this represents the only chance you will have to acquire this unique and spectacular piece.

It is obviously not going to be cheap, but it is the best. I am always open to fair and reasonable offers.

I am an ebayer of more than 24 years and 2000+ feedback, so bid with complete confidence, but please, I've heard all the scams, so don't bother.
