This shirt is in good condition, but it seems to be a smaller extra-large (definitely fits more like a large). Please pay close attention to measurements in the photos to ensure a good fit. There is one small area near the hem slit on the left side that is slightly torn (see photo). It is not bad at all and does not affect the wear of the shirt.
