We are pleased to offer this hard-to-find unmarked set of restaurant ware stove top salt and pepper shakers manufactured by the Sterling China Company on the Medallion blank - made in USA. These octagonal, white vitrified shakers feature three green stripes - one wider band near the top and a thinner line below. It has another thin stripe at the bottom. Many companies produced green striped restaurant china including Shenango, Buffalo, and Homer Laughlin to name a few.
These heavy, handled range shakers stand 3-1/2" tall and measure 2-1/2" wide at the multisided base. The salt has an embossed "S" with four holes; the pepper has an embossed "P" with four holes. They come with cork stoppers - ready to use.
Both are in excellent condition with no nicks, crazing, stains or cracks. Just rare pieces of vintage restaurant ware that would complement any white with green stripe vitrified china collection.
