The structure is quite oversized from the dropped shoulders to the hem and is drapey. The side seams are split about an inch for a flattering fit. The care tag recommends machine wash. The fabric is the EF signature Silk Georgette Crepe: "Silk with a subtly textured matte surface. Light, fluid and versatile. Dress it up -- or down." Take a look at the flared and shirred sleeves ~ my favorite element. This topper is brand new with tags.
