This is a BEAUTY of a stamp! First of all. We are about 99% sure this stamp is in mint condition, but we are listing it as "used."

The backing is clean except for one very tiny blemish where it looks like something may have been adhered to. However, the glue backing is extremely "light" and we did not want to test it, so we're going with this stamp as a used Cancel To Order out of then famous, East Berlin, Germany.

This stamp has no rips, tears, creases, folds, or stains. The hand cancellation is very legible, with a date of 22.11.77 out of Berlin.

This stamp appears to have been issued to highlight and applaud the rigorous training that the personnel of the Fire Department go through to achieve success in their highly stressful jobs.

This stamp mounted in a frame would make a  SPECTACULAR gift to a firefighter! Think about that if you would like to purchase this and drop it off at your local firehouse.
