POSTAGE POLICY
We use DHL for our postage, and our dispatch window is 1- 3
working days. We DO NOT SHIP SAME DAY and unfortunately cannot offer any next
day delivery service at present. This means that the earliest we are able to
dispatch your order is the day AFTER your purchase date. Once your order is
dispatched by us, DHL can then take up to 7 working days to deliver your
parcel. Apologies for any inconvenience.
CLEARANCE "RED X"
The majority of our products are clearance items and will
have a red X marked with a permanent red marker pen, somewhere on the inner
product label or another discreet place on the item itself:
- For footwear this "Red X" will usually be on the white
size label on the underside of the tongue.
- For clothing this "Red X" will usually be on the inner
fabric label.
- For anything else this "Red X" will be somewhere
discreetly on the actual product (e.g. A camping table may have a "Red X" drawn
discreetly on the underside of the table).
DUST MARKS
Many of our items have been on a journey through customer
returns processing and as such may have handling marks/dust on them. These are
not usually anything significant and would wipe off with a damp cloth. However
we always aim to describe any such marks in our 'Honest Appraisals' and by
selling our products describing the handling marks/dust rather than cleaning
them ourselves before sale, means we are able to sell high quality premium
brands to you at massively reduced prices.
