This is an EXTREMELY RARE. vintage Palmer Cox Brownie sterling silver watch fob / charms with a 31" rope chain. The charms are designed in the shape of Brownie heads graduating in size. These are popular character from children's books in the late 1800s. The chain is made of sterling silver as well.
