Delivery
Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 3 business days to UK mainland addresses. We do deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands. (Slight delay and extra charges may apply). Items will be dispatched within 2 business days through our next-day service. We are unable to ship outside of the UK. We are also unable to ship to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, BFPO addresses and the Channel Islands.
Warranty
All of our goods are supplied with a minimum of a 12 months parts and labour guarantee starting from the day of delivery.
Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after delivery and return the goods supplied to us for a full refund. You must notify us in writing during this period of your intention to cancel by either email to or directly via eBay.
Should you wish to cancel your order, any goods supplied must be returned to Hughes Clearance Outlet, Inspections Dept, Unit 22, Thetford, Norfolk, IP24 1HJ, at your own expense within 14 days of your notice to cancel. Providing the goods are returned with all accessories and included items you will receive a full refund, within 30 days of giving us your notice to cancel. We are unable to accept back goods for a credit if they are unwanted gifts or non-faulty items 14 days after the delivery date.
