     I will ship it to anywhere in the US 48 continental states for $600 - curb side delivery. The shipping service includes delivery to a residential address with a lift gate. If the property has a solid surface driveway (not gravel or dirt) the shipper will leave it in your garage / driveway. They will not go inside the home. Please note that if you live in a very remote area, have a curvy driveway, up the hill type of a driveway or have trees that are obstructing the way - the delivery driver will leave the pallet at the beginning of the driveway and it will be up to you to handle it from there. It is up to the driver to make that determination should he feel it is unsafe for him to come closer onto the property. 

·         The shipping company will have your phone number (the one registered to your ebay account) and they will call you ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment. The appointment is usually a 2-4 hour window. You can request the driver to call you when he is on his way to your home - at the time of the appointment.
