FYI we use a heat reflective thermal wrap when shipping out to cold regions. We do not use heat packs due to the fact that we have lost more plants due to burning from the heat packs than the cold outside the box. Be aware that thermal wrap will not keep anything from freezing if left out for too long in too low a temperature.
That being said, if your plant arrives frozen, please snap a photograph and message me for scheduling a replacement to be sent. I say scheduling because some weeks are warmer than others.

What you see is usually what you get, unless they all are extremely similar, in which case you may get a look-a-like.
One plant per order unless otherwise stated.
Most plants shipped bare root except for some tender or wilt prone varieties which will be shipped in the pot.
Plants may loose some or all of their leaves due to the shock of transport.
Plants may loose some or all of their leaves as they go into seasonal dormancy.
