He does work…..to a point.

When turned on in regular mode, he does turn his head and say “Hi, I’m Teddy…….”

Only problem I have is that he won’t play anything when you put a hat on his head. I don’t know if the sensor is bad or what.

With that in mind, he is being sold AS IS!

He comes with the original box and packaging, his hat stand and all 6 hats! Also, new batteries!
