A rare find that's in very good condition, with typical signs of light wear (see pics).  There are some color fade blemishes on the underside of the brim.  Clean headband.  100 % wool.  The color, and the shamrock, indicate this could have been a St. Patrick's Day promotion hat.  Very cool!  Would make a great gift.  Thanks for taking a look!
