Here's an early E, Howard series III pocket watch movement in decent shape - Dial is in very good condition with no hairlines, cracks or damage that I can see, The balance is good as well as the mainspring. It did not run when I partially wound the mainspring but did when I applied some pressure to the wheels. This one features the Mershon's patented regulator which is complete and in good shape. 

This movement needs a good cleaning, green on mainspring barrel appears to be oil gone bad nor corrosion
