5 SLABS, 10.1 OUNCES, OF CHERRY CREEK JASPER, CHINA

HERE ARE 5 SLABS TOTALING 10.1 OUNCES IN WEIGHT OF CHERRY CREEK JASPER FROM CHINA!! 

I recently received and slabbed up some material that came out of China called Cherry creek jasper or sometimes called Red creek jasper.  It has very unusual line like patterns and mostly red, green and tan/gold/cream colors throughout the slabs I got.   You could cut some really unusual cabs out of this material.  I decided I would sell these 5 slabs on this auction.   The largest slab is about 5.5" in its widest dimension.   The slabs are mostly around 1/4" thick.  The total weigh of the slabs is 10.1 ounces.  I placed a ruler in front of the slabs to give you an idea as to the relative sizes.  These slabs each have an abstract pattern consisting of reds, pinks, tans, beiges, and  greens with red/orange/brown/black lines for colors.  The slabs do have a few fracture lines in some of the areas so you will need to cab around them or seal them with hot stuff or some other sealer if you want to include the fractured areas into the cabs.  Other than the fracture lines in the slabs they each appear to be pretty solid and if you are careful will cut and polish real nice.  I have seen some of the cabs cut out of the material and it takes a pretty high gloss.  I have been told that Chrome oxide is one of the best polishes to use on it.  You could also use a clear glossy plastic coating such as Krylon to coat the flat side with, if you don't want to go to the effort of polishing or cabbing it.    I am listing these slabs at a starting price of $8.99.  Look at the pictures, then decide what they are worth.
