Yu-Gi-Oh! x Sanrio Hello Kitty & Black Magician Mascot McDonald's Prize Japan 

In 2024, a unique toy called a collaboration between Yu-Gi-Oh! and Sanrio will appear in McDonald's Happy Meals in Belgium.

I think it's quite possible if it's just Sanrio x Yu-Gi-Oh, but involving it's even more rare to see a three-tier collaboration McDonald's Happy Meal toys.
