READ ALL: Ticks nicely and keeps time, however the pendulum is not moving, I am not a repair person or an expert on this type of clock. i am not sure why the pendulum is not moving. The bottom has adjustable "feet" one is missing. Perhaps the clock not being level has something to do with the pendulum, but I can not guarantee what will fix it. Face has some scuffs and a small stain on one side near the 3.
