Description:  Original engraved antique atlas text leafs (4 pages on 2 leafs) approximately 342 years old. It is from a miniature version of John Speed's Prospect of the Most Famous Parts of the World, London, Printed by W.G. 1675, a facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity. There is related text printed on front and back, best to take a good look at the pics for a better idea of the details and condition. Certainly an interesting read in older English and a very rare item. The first photos is the front and the second is the reverse sides.

Size: The leafs measure approximately 4 by 6 1/2 inches (10x16cm)

Condition: The bottom edge is brittle in the stained area, otherwise the paper is strong although damaged by insects, printed on old cotton rag with the typical linear striations when held to the light. As seen in the pics, there is moderate ageing and wear around the edges, some damp staining, dogged corners, etc, best to see the pics for more on condition. The pages certainly have a rich antique patina, so take a good look at the pics. Pics are of the actual item and show front and back (4 pages on 2 leafs).
