Greetings.  The dress is very very nice.  It's crisp and clean with no stains, dirt, holes, rips or open seams.  Has 2 secure snaps and tag.  Nice bright colors.  All ties are present but the one on the left shoulder looks wonky.  I think it can be retied but it also looks short, like it's been cut.  Thanks.
