Included is exactly what you see in the photo - vest, skirt, headpiece.

The vest is lined with what looks/feels like linen/cotton, the outside is black velvet and is embroidered. The straps are held to the vest with safety pins (I am assuming this is so you can adjust the length of the straps as the child grows/to fit a variety of sizes).

The skirt has a stretchy waist, so will also fit a variety of sizes.

I cannot say what size this is with any certainty, but according to measurements it looks like this is approximately a girls size small/6.

Measurements are taken with everything laid flat (none doubled), with the vest loosely laced as you see in the photo, and the safety pins keeping the straps at the place you see in the photo. 

Chest (underarm to underarm): 13"

Vest Length (top of shoulder seam down): 16.5"

Skirt Waist (not stretched) is 10", stretches to just about double that so this will fit most young girls.

Skirt Length is 11"
