Please note that I am a private seller, not a business, therefore prompt payment once you've won an item is very much appreciated as I fit in trips to the Post Office and Evri parcel shop around my work, etc. 

I don't offer 'best offer' option. 

I only mail items within the UK. 

I endeavour to keep costs down by using recycled packaging, whilst also trying to do my bit for the planet, therefore before contacting me to say I've sent the wrong item please open the package and check the contents! 

If you have any further questions about an item e.g sizing please don't hesitate to contact me as I don't offer refunds unless I've accidentally sold something which is damaged. Having said that if you've bought something which really doesn't fit/suit you I will issue a refund but you will need to pay the return p&p costs. I try to be as accurate as possible when listing an item. 

When an item is used then it will show some signs of wear. When leaving feedback please be aware that sellers have to pay eBay 12% of their p&p charges. I will offer reduced p&p costs if I am able to combine items being sent - please wait for a revised invoice before paying.
