Vintage WELL WORN quilt in cottons. Squares. SOME squares are 6", some squares are made up of pieces of different fabrics to make the 6". In true 'make do' style.
There's three layers, the outer cotton squares, a very thin cotton blanket in the middle and a backing of a cotton in a tiny print.
This quilt has been WELL USED. There are worn through areas, worn out areas, rough worn edges and even a stain on the backside. (See closeup photos. I left them large so you can zoom in.)
Measures 66x83". Possible use as a stacker with creative folding or as a cutter, or prim background.
Gently laundered and line dried in the Oklahoma sunshine. Photos taken underneath the dappled shade of a big old oak tree.
