It measures 11 5/8" by 7".
The plaque has a sea scene of cliffs and surf with signs of a shipwreck and survivors.
It is artist signed along with the village name and dated 76 for 1976.
The back is marked Made in USSR, the plaque can be hung on the wall.
There are a couple of edge rubs on the backside along with a small corner chip to the lacquer, otherwise very good condition.
Realistic with Beautiful rich colors.
