Eighty-one year old Mercuy dimes are getting harder to come by each year. This dime, priced at only $4.00, may be priced a lot higher next year as the price of silver goes up and the supply of silver ladies goes down. Mercury dines have been in high demand this past year. Roosevelt dimes are going that way quickly.

This dime is in really excellent shape for the year.  The only negative thing I can say about this dime is that the bands are not that visible.  Then, anyway, if a Mercury dime saw any kind of circulation at all, the bands on a Mercury were the first to wear. Other than that, this dime is in pretty darn good shape for an oldie for just four bucks!
