Miansai Flat silver plate Necklace Rare. This top of the line collar in silverplate is hand made not laser cut. It is very dramatic yet utterly minimalist and the creation of Michael Saiger who designs wearable yet dramatic pieces of jewelry.This one was never worn and was originally bought from Barney's in New York.
It is of mirror polished silver plate and is in perfect condition though very very minute rubbing can be seen in some places underneath. Though brand new I am selling it as vintage because of these marks. It is no longer available anywhere and has not be revived by Miansai.
A museum worthy piece of 21st century jewelry.
This is NOT Jensen but is in the style of many of Georg Jensen's masterpieces.It also alludes to the screw closure of many Cartier pieces.
