This belt buckle is made by Anacortes Brass works. The front says Rocky Mountain Coal Mine Rescue Association Contest 83 Price, Utah and has four mine workers. The back says Anacortes Brass Works LTD 1983 Hand made Solid Brass Anacortes Wash USA 96221 and the number 078. It is about 3" by 2".
