Vintage Wedding Dress

Hello there!

This is a stunning silk satin ivory white wedding dress 

Dates from the early 80's.

It has a label but the writing is very curly and difficult to read "Tracey??" The second half is "Ivey".

Whomever made it...did a tremendous job because it is a work of art! 

The garment is heavily embellished throughout with sumptuous hand embroidery, peach, clear and coppery coloured sequins, pearl beads...so much time and work has gone into making this...

Full skirt with net petticoat layers and a very very long train. This has buttons along the back waist and hem loops so it can be hitched up for later dancing and partying mode! 

Back button and low zip fastening.

Will fit a UK size 10 approx.

Measures 18 inches armpit to armpit, 14 inches across the waist, free hips, length is 58-150 inches.

The gown is a bit creased and will need a good iron, there is one small spot mark somewhere on the skirt, so I rrecommend a dry clean generally due to being in storage but otherwise excellent fresh vintage condition.

**the dress is extremely heavy, and this is reflected in the postage cost.
