For sale is a vintage original architectural rendering of a proposed building for the northwest corner St. Paul Place and E. Saratoga Street in Baltimore, Maryland, circa 1960s. It is a thick watercolor medium or gouache and signed by the artist, John Baer, in the lower right corner of the painting. You can see an adjacent building in the painting which is still there today if you visit Google earth (or Baltimore). The painting was professionally framed in a black wooden frame with no mat board and frosted glass. The frame is 28" high and 21" wide. The painted area is 20.5" high and 14" wide. The frame is 3/4" thick.  The backing paper on the back of the frame has a few tears, but other than that, the frame, glass, and painting are all in excellent condition.  This original architectural rendering would look fabulous with any mid-century decor in your office, study or family room. This piece is ready to hang upon arrival.  Please see the detailed photos which are part of the description.
