Waterfront Records was an Australian independent record label based in Sydney, that released recordings by bands during the 1980s and 1990s one of them being Nirvana, Waterfront records held the rights to all the nirvana songs up until the nevermind album when they sold there rights to a much larger studio in America, Geffen records. In result all the pressings made by waterfront records were deemed as bootlegs and have been taken off of market when in actuality it’s a very rare limited 1989 original pressing it’s also in almost pristine condition there are no scratches on the record and it plays terrific, there are no skips or hiccups or scratches or blemishes on the record. The Album cover has some very minimal wear and had minor scuff marks around the edges nothing destroying or running the album’s cover. It’s also topped off with the very sleek red back cover and lettering. I’ve searched online for this and it seems most of them have been lost in circulation since a very small amount were made and record stores were not aloud to sell it since it was deemed a bootleg. there is no static or popping it’s ready to ship to you as soon as possible and be a nice piece to your collection ... I’ve had people saying to me that it is not an original pressing, but if you look in the very last photo, the licensing and production date, explicitly states 1989 it is an original and not a repressing.
