For your consideration is a Vintage 1979 1ST Edition Norman Rockwell “Last Minute Changes" Soap box Derby Collectors Plate with Certificate of Authenticity #6392. It does not come in the original but the plate is in mint condition. The certificate is in poor condition, as seen in pics, and it is being sold as is.
