14.4 grams of beautiful craftsmanship and expertise with a very intricate pattern...probably to be assigned to Bernard Meldahl, Danish Silver Designer around the 1950's.

The 2 circles spin within their position, one slightly less than the other, but still working...... which makes this item even more of a masterpiece!
