Here is a pair of tights from The Gymboree 2011 Bright Owl line.  Size 12-18 months (for 22-27 lbs weight, 29-31 inches height).  New with tags.

Bright Owl Stripe Tights -  size 12-18 months - 77% cotton 21% nylon 2% spandex (exclusive of elastic) tights have stripes in pinks, yellow, orange and brown with a flower on the backside and an elasticized waist.  Color: white/multi-stripe.
