There are no chips cracks or flea bites, the tail is not damaged that's just the way the artist painted it.  Classic MCM lines, This is attributed to Antonia Szabo Osz thru research it is unsigned which unfortunately is common in Hungarian Porcelains its just marked with the Porcelain company name there might be something under the paper label but the label is so fragile I did not want to try to lift it off to see.
