Vintage Wood Wall Hanging Plaque Patriotic Flag Proud to be an American Red White Blue. This is a delightful little plaque. It would be fabulous as Fourth of July decor. The hanging hardware is attached to the back. I believe it is likely from the 1940s or 1950s. There is some yellowing, especially on the white paint, additionally there is some crackling to the paint and someone has put a stamp all over the back.
