This is a W C Shotts piece of art. It is cast paper so it is 3 dimensional. It’s numbered 2 out of 250. It is actually still in the wrapper but unfortunately does have some damage. It has a warp and also looks to be a small crack above his eye and in the nostril. The smudges and discoloration is on the plastic wrap. Please review pictures for condition. This is still a rare and very cool work of art. Measures approximately 21.5 inches by 19.5 inches
