Description of item for sale:
This impressive cabinet door is from France and it dates to the late 1800's.  It is made from solid walnut and the door is painted.  The painting of St Michael slaying the dragon is very well done.  We believe that in the corner of the painting there are the initials of the maker -but we are not sure.   Note that there are cracks that run through the painting and some woodworm damage to the door (see photos).  The lock works, there is a key and the other half of the hinges are included with the door.   Overall this cabinet door is in good antique condition ready to be used again.  Dimensions: 36.25" tall, 31.75" wide and 2" deep.  (1710 2)
