These panels with carvings are from France and date to the late 1800's. They made form solid oak and oak finished to a warm medium color. They were originally drawer fronts on a French cabinet. They are in very good condition with only the usual small amount of chips and scratches. Note that there are holes from where the drawer pulls were that have been filled (see photos). Dimensions for each: 29.5" wide, 4" tall and 1" thick.
