Shipping

Product will be dispatched after payment clearance.

Orders are dispatched on the next working day.

Returns

·       If you change your mind and the product is returned, we will deduct our postage charge when issuing a refund or making re-delivery.

·       If you discover a product is faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 3 days and product must be returned within 30 days of purchase in actual packaging with all the tags and labels.

·       We always update eBay orders with tracking details. Usually all orders get delivered within the mentioned time. However, sometimes products get delayed or lost, if you don’t not receive your item within 5 days please inform us so that we can track the item for you. Please note that item delivery is subject to Royal Mail and Courier service and some deliveries cannot be tracked (normal non-recorded).

·       Lost item cases cannot be filed for 15 days after the postage within the UK and 30 days for international postage.

·       International Buyers please note you may have to pay customs fee or duty if applied within your country.
