Most items are shipped insured.  Therefore, items damaged during shipping will need to be addressed by buyer.  

Detailed inspections are performed on all returned items. All precious metal returned items are tested prior to issuing returns.  Returns that are not in their original sold description, condition or quantity/weight will not be accepted or will be contested with eBay.
