Vintage 1977 original water color of an owl Framed and under glass and matted. 13 X 17 but just the painting is 8-3/4 X 11-1/4 I can ship with the frame and matting but it is coming out of the frame so if you want just the matting and the picture I can send safely. It is signed and I can read 1977 but not the signature. 

I want to say I am not an art expert. I am selling art totally unknown to me. I sell custom doors so if anyone can add anything please let me know. 

I have a LOT of vintage and antique art given to me after my father in law in his 90's passed away 5 years ago.  Starting low. If anyone can give me any information please help.
