This very interesting lidded sugar bowl from Alfred Stellmacher is truly something to admire! Stellmacher created quite a few pieces with a similar motif- floral pattern with reticulated, and most notable feature: applied porcelain handles which fish or dragons. This bowl seems to have been decorated with something similar to a spiney catfish, although I can not be sure.

This piece is dated to the 1890s, so it is quite old and showing some age related wear. There have been a few repairs around the reticulated edge, they are not very noticeable at all. Please see photos for details regarding condition.
