Bashlin Climbing spikes. They are "pole" length spikes but that is what we use for climbing trees in the Northeast and most of the country other than Pacific Northwest, where the trees have much more bark. Trust me, pole spikes are what you need, much easier to maneuver. These spikes are a deal, save money on these and spend the money where it will help you, in a good pair of pads like Buckingam Big Buck pads or Cadillac pads. You need a pad that has metal support in them, not T or L. Lower straps aren't as important but velcro would be the best. These spikes go with any of the modern Buckingham stuff. $180 value here for a bargain.
