This is a brand new NOS HONDA BATTERY STRAP BAND. Honda part #95012-17001. It is 6 1/4 inches from the end to end of the metal clasps and 5 7/16 inches from the end to end of the rubber strap itself. It is listed to fit the following Honda models;
